Mercy Physician Network (MPN) and Mercy Health System (MHS) have an excellent opportunity for a Neurology physician to join an established practice located in Philadelphia and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania.

Neuroservices at Mercy Health System provide a full range of care from diagnostics and imaging, to surgical and non-surgical treatment options, providing inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and support. Having a diverse multispecialty muscular skeletal network within MPN, to include cardiovascular, orthopedics, pain management, sports medicine and neuro surgery allows for complete patient care in the communities we serve. All three hospitals within MHS are certified as Primary Stroke Centers by the Joint Commission and have received Achievement Awards for Stroke Care from the American Heart and American Stroke Association.

The selected Neurology physician will join an established practice with outpatient offices at both Philadelphia Hospital and Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital. The Neurologists rotate weekly between practices and both hospitals developing a full outpatient practice that meets the needs of the community and hospitals while providing in-patient consultation to referring physicians and the reading of EEGs performed in the hospital lab. Outpatient practice has appointments scheduled Monday to Friday with 1:4 weekend call coverage.
