Envision Physician Services is seeking a Full Time CRNA to join our team at South Texas Regional Medical Center!
CRNA Quick Facts:
- CRNA will be medically directed by Anesthesiologist (details)
- Full time candidate preferred
- 1099 Status
- $265,000 annual salary
- Vacation buy back @ $1,100 per day
- Overtime is paid @ $100/hr after 3pm
- No hearts, no heads, few PEDs.
Types of cases:
general surgery: lap chole, appendectomy, colectomy mastectomy, wound debridement, etc.
Gastrointestinal: colonoscopy and EGD
Podiatry: assorted cases
ENT: tonsillectomy adenoidectomy, BMT, children only ENT service.
GYN: LAVH, BTL, hysteroscopy etc.
Shifts: 3 anesthetizing locations (AL) 7 AM – 3 PM
2 AL 3 PM -5PM
1 AL 5 PM - 7 AM call. This includes an OB coverage site.
Call is split equally amongst four providers. Therefore call is once every four days and one weekend a month Friday Saturday Sunday.
MD:CRNA ratio. 1:3
Medical direction until 3 PM daily unless MD is on call, no direction on the weekends unless MD is on call
Trauma designation is a level five.
Main OR/Procedure Room/L&D Schedule:
Monday - Friday
- (7a-3p – 2 rooms)
- (3p-5p – 1 room)
- (5p-7a - on call*)
Saturday & Sunday
*30 min. response time
1:4 CALL weekdays
1:4 CALL weekends
