The Clark County Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Owen, WI has an opportunity for a Primary Care Provider. We are seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible providers with a full and unrestricted lincese to practice in any US State to join our team of dedication providers serving our Nation’s Heroes. Primary Care providers will have a panel of up to 1200 veterans and hold 12 – 14 patient appointments daily. Additional specialization in chronic disease management for diabetes, cardiovascular, geriatrics is preferred.
