St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C. has excellent full time employment opportunities for Board Certified or Board Eligible Vascular Surgery physician to join our newly established practice based in Albany, New York.
This formerly local private practice, has established and highly respected surgeons in the community. With locations in Albany, New York at St. Peter’s Hospital, and in Troy, New York at Samaritan Hospital, the group provides comprehensive vascular care.
Highly trained and skilled surgeons care for patients with a wide array of arterial and venous pathologies including carotid disease, aneurysmal disease of the aorta, arterial occlusive disease and complex venous reconstruction. The practice offers a full spectrum of endovascular procedures, outpatient venous procedures as well as dialysis access. In addition division members support other surgeons in undertaking a variety of oncologic and spine procedures. Resources for a full service vascular laboratory are in place as well. Surgeons enjoy excellent access to a great team of caregivers, from a large primary care base to cancer care; with excellent imaging and Operating Room staff, including advanced practitioners.
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery and should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented. Preference will be shown to candidates who possess three to five years of experience, but well trained fellows with broad clinical skills will be considered.
