St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C. (SPHPMA) has an excellent full time employment opportunity for an Internal Medicine physician to join an established practice located in Troy, New York.

SPHPMA is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician interested in joining an established practice with strong patient demand. The provider can expect to enjoy excellent colleagues, strong system practice support, and a physician friendly environment.

This Tier 3 Patient Centered Medical Home practice is located on the campus of St. Mary’s Hospital and offers routine adult and geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance); routine care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; preventive immunizations and precautionary inoculations; women’s health services (annual pelvic exams, Pap smears); preventive health and wellness services, including cancer screening. Experienced providers promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage patients to take charge of their own health and well-being.

Office hours are Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm with flexible scheduling available.
Candidates should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented. They will also possess a strong interest in the provision of primary care for all adult age groups.
