The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) invites applications for an open rank Faculty position as a noninvasive cardiologist with a focus on advanced imaging. Our academic practice has over 60 cardiologists and has state of the art equipment and new facilities. The comprehensive cardiac program includes cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, 3D echocardiography, electrophysiology, advanced heart failure with transplantation, and full complement of complex and structural interventions (TAVR, MitraClip, transcatheter valve-in-valve implantation, paravalvular leak occlusion, valvuloplasty, LAA occlusion, and percutaneous ASD/PFO closure). The ideal candidate will have advanced noninvasive cardiac imaging training in echocardiography and/or clinical experience in imaging support of structural interventions. Opportunities are available to support multimodality practice including cardiac CT, nuclear imaging, and/or cardiac MRI. The position would have a clinical focus with opportunities for clinical research based on candidates preferences. Responsibilities would include teaching medical students, residents, general cardiology fellows, and advance imaging fellow. The position offers excellent compensation and benefits, and fellows take primary call.
