Envision Physician Services, in partnership with Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and St. Joseph Health Medical Group, is seeking a new Site Medical Director.

Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital (SRMH) is located approximately 55 miles north of San Francisco in the heart of Sonoma County. This 278-bed Level II Trauma Center is the Flagship hospital for the upper upper third of California and serves Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino, and Lake counties. Comprehensive inpatient, outpatient and community outreach services provide the expert care the community needs - close to home. SRMH is the first choice among patients requiring specialized cardiac care, cancer treatment, sports medicine and rehabilitation, emergency care, psychiatric services and much more.

SMD Role:

• Protected clinical time
• Open, collegial and supportive relationship with executive hospital leadership
• Duties include co-management with specialties, clinical support for physicians on shift, shadowing and coaching, onboarding and mentoring new physicians, recruiting, and strategic planning.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary for clinical shifts•Excellent monthly leadership stipend
