Northern Light Work Health, LLC is seeking a full-time Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in the coastal city of Ellsworth, Maine. Our practice has not only seen a recent renovation, but also tremendous growth over the past few months! We are proud to have a cohesive and spirited team atmosphere and look forward to the future.
Experience preferred with a background in or combination of Occupational Health, Family Medicine, Orthopedics and/or Urgent Care. Travel to Bangor is occasionally requested to provide coverage.
Our practitioners administer direct patient care to employees within the Northern Light Health organization and outside vendors within our communities by performing physical examinations, ordering tests, determining a diagnosis, and developing treatment plans for all patients. This position will include monitoring patients' health during follow-up visits and adjusting treatments as necessary. Our ultimate goal is to ensure our patients receive the best care possible in managing their work-related treatment plan and be able to return to work in a positive manner.
