Intermountain Healthcare is looking for a board certified/eligible physical medicine and rehabilitation physician at McKay-Dee Hospital Physician will have ready access to diagnostic equipment and dedicated support staff Employment with the Intermountain Medical Group Visa sponsorship not available

Requirements

Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation ACGME fellowship-trained in pain medicine Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
