Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, Missouri, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics to join our respected and growing team. This is a rare opportunity to practice full-scope Family Medicine with surgical OB in a collaborative, rural (not remote) setting where clinical autonomy, meaningful relationships, and work-life balance are prioritized.
Youll join a well-established group at the Bolivar Family Care Center, located steps from CMHs main hospital and The Birth Placea brand-new, modern maternity center opening in March 2026.
Position Highlights
Full-spectrum Family Medicine with Surgical OB
OB Call 1:5 (with collaborative OB/GYN and FM/OB partners)
Optional Pediatric Call
4-Day Workweek
~50 Deliveries/Year per Provider | 550+ births/year system-wide
No ER or Hospitalist Duties Required
Practice in CMHs largest clinic with an experienced, supportive team
