Primary Care Physician (MD / DO) – Mt. Juliet, TN

Revere Medical is seeking an experienced Primary Care Medicine Physician to join our established primary care group in Mt. Juliet, TN. This well-respected community practice includes two Physicians and seven APPs, serving patients across all ages in a supportive, patient-first environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population
- Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Promote health education and disease prevention
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care
Qualifications
- One year of experience as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician is preferred
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Active Tennessee Medical License
- Comfortable using new technology and software
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
