Required Skills:

• Valid Massachusetts medical license
• Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
• Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) training certification
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient mental health settings
• Familiarity with telepsychiatry platforms
• Knowledge of current mental health treatments and protocols for youth

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Completion of a residency and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
• Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or community mental health setting

Other Requirements:

• Must possess valid MA licensure
• CPI training certification required
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts if necessary
• Some travel or reimbursement arrangements applicable as needed
