Advanced Practice Provider Surgical Oncology

About this role:
As an Advanced Practice Provider, Surgical Oncology, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high?quality care and an exceptional patient experience. In this clinic?based role, you will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, manage postoperative care, coordinate discharges, and provide ongoing patient education and care coordination.
You will practice at St. Joseph Hospital
Your clinic hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

What youll bring:
APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
Ability to perform advanced clinical tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 2 years of surgical oncology
Active, unobstructed Colorado, APRN or PA, license or the ability to obtain one
Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
