We are seeking a compassionate, full?time Pediatrician to join an established and collegial primary care team at the Vintage Park Campus. This position offers a rewarding mix of outpatient and inpatient pediatrics, including hospital call responsibilities for newborn delivery attendance, newborn care, and pediatric admissionsallowing physicians to practice full?spectrum pediatrics while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation salary: $240,618 -$267,353 based on years of experience, with additional productivity bonus based on wRVUs, and quality incentives.

Schedule and Work-Life Balance

  • Workweek: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with telemedicine included.
  • Call Schedule: Bi-weekly for 3.5 days at a time, consisting of half-day clinic sessions, inpatient pediatric rounding at Bartlett Regional Hospital, and at home call.
  • Generous Time Off: 33 days (264 hours) annually, including holidays, and 10 days of CME.

 

Practice Details:

  • Clinic facilities: 5 exam spaces with access to a treatment room. One medical assistant per physician, dedicated pediatric case manager, and nurse triage. Ancillary services include X?ray, laboratory services, MRI, pediatric rehabilitation, and nutrition support.
  • Patient Volume: 12-17 pediatric patients per day in clinic, plus 4 hours of administrative time weekly. EMR and tools include Meditech, Dragon Dictation, and DAX AI assisted documentation.
  • Procedure opportunities: Circumcisions, tongue tie release, minor wound repair, nebulizer treatments, draining abscesses, and removing foreign bodies.
  • Hospital Capabilities: Nearby Bartlett Regional Hospital has 57 inpatient beds with 7 OB rooms, 2 C-Section rooms, and a special care nursery.

Qualifications:

  • Two years of inpatient pediatrics experience required. Four years preferred.
  • MD or DO with active/unrestricted Oregon medical license or ability to obtain license.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
  • Unrestricted DEA
  • Required: BLS, PALS, NRP.
  • Preferred: STABLE
