In this role, you will support a variety of urological procedures, including cystoscopy, stent placements, kidney stone treatments, and rare cases like torsion of the testicle. You'll work alongside experienced nursing staff, anesthesia teams, and ER personnel, supporting adult patients across a range of diagnostic and treatment needs. This contract offers a unique chance to showcase your expertise in a high-volume setting, with flexible coverage options to fit your schedule.

Candidates should possess strong urological skills, current board certification, and a PA state medical license. Preference is given to providers with at least two years of experience, but dedicated and motivated physicians with a minimum of one year will also be considered. ACLS and BLS certifications are required, and DEA licensing is necessary for prescribing.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable with inpatient rounds, outpatient procedures, and providing coverage during 24-hour call shifts. Emergency privileges can be obtained swiftly so you can start making an impact quickly. Active licensure in Pennsylvania and a proven track record of clinical excellence are essential.

Additional requirements include comprehensive certifications, a clean professional background, and the capacity to coordinate efficiently with hospital staff. This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $2,730, with lucrative bonus opportunities such as holiday pay at 1.5x rates and competitive on-call compensation, including a 24-hour call rate of $3,500 and callback pay of $437.50 per hour.
