- 2 clinic locations (adjacent to campus and 2nd location 8.5 miles from campus south of Myrtle Beach
- Main campus 10 ORs (2 Hana Tables, Beach Chair, Multiple C-arms, DaVinci), one-day surgical center
- Surgery Center 4 ORs
- Support Staff: would be joining a dedicated orthopedic nurse, physician assistants, and experienced surgical teams - 30+ therapists, largest PT/OT cardio-pulmonary center in market
