The Opportunity

- These ICUs provide extensive training for our students, residents, physician assistants, and fellows.

- Busy mechanical circulatory support (MCS) and extracorporeal life support (ECLS) programs

Your clinical skills and expertise will play a pivotal role in providing patient care at UF Health's premier facilities, including:
- UF Health Shands Hospital
- UF Health Heart & Vascular Hospital
- UF Health Shands Cancer Center Hospital
Our coverage includes 6 ICUs comprised of a total of 140+ beds:
- Cardiovascular ICU
- Surgical ICU
- Burn ICU
- Thoracic ICU
- Trauma ICU
- Vascular ICU

Requirements:
- M.D./D.O. or equivalent
- Skills in clinical care, research, and/or education
- Anesthesiology residency completion
- Critical Care fellowship completion
- ABA certification/eligibility
- Credentials to obtain a State of Florida physician's license
