Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking BC/BE trained Orthopedic Surgeons to join our collegial Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine team in Paducah, KY

• New practice opportunity
• Well established regional referral base, including direct referrals from Sports Medicine physicians 
• Good mid-level support staff
• Blocked OR time
• Robotics 
• Diagnostics in clinic
• Limited call schedule
• Provide Orthopedic Surgery services in only one location

Joining this practice offers diverse clinical experiences with a wide range of orthopedic patients.  Help build a regional practice. The practice will have a solid referral base, ensuring professional stability.

The clinic offers a flexible schedule with physicians working four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. 

The preferred orthopedic physician candidate is a team player who is passionate about treating orthopedic conditions. They should be willing to take call one week a month, demonstrating their commitment to comprehensive patient care and support for their colleagues. This candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment contributing to the overall success and growth of the practice
