Highlights:
- Locations: Winston-Salem, Greensboro, North Carolina
- Practice Type: 100% outpatient, Multispecialty Group, Academic Component with teaching our Learners
- Schedule
- Options: Full time or Part Time
- Practice Operations: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with no inpatient responsibilities, no call coverage expectations
- Full-Time expectations: 30-hour workweek consisting of 26 patient-facing hours and 4 hours of administrative time per week
- Various Procedure Opportunities
- Available Devices: Pulsed Dye Laser (PDL), Pulse Dialyzer and more
- Patient Population: Diverse range of patients, from pediatric to geriatric, in a supportive outpatient setting
- Ability to participate in inpatient pediatric dermatology patients at Brenner's Children's Hospital and also via virtual inpatient consults at Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte
- Direct Connection with the Dermatology Academic Department and other pediatric subspecialists in rheumatology, plastic surgery, infectious disease, endocrinology, etc.for mentorship, guidance, and additional support
- Collaborative and Supportive Practice Environment within a renowned academic healthcare system that values teamwork and patient-centered care
- Work closely with our twelve dermatology residents as well as with the pediatric residency program
- Mentorship from our mid and senior-career faculty, including Dr. Jorizzo, who currently runs our pediatric dermatology services
- Flexible opportunities for teaching and research
Requirements:
- M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- Successful completion of a Dermatology Residency at an accredited healthcare institution
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Dermatology
- Fellowship in Pediatric Dermatology
