- See approximately 30 patients on clinic days
- 1-1.5 days/week spent in operating room
- Call is currently 1:6
- Provide outreach up to once per week
- Opportunity to participate in training and educating of students and residents

Salary
- Starting pay begins at $375,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
