Physician - Obstetrics & Gynecology

MyMichigan Obstetrics & Gynecology in Alpena, Michigan is looking to add two board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physicians to an established and respected team. The current group consists of two physicians and one office based nurse practitioner. One physician functions as a full scope, bread and butter ObGyn with the other physician providing part time coverage about 10 days per month.  Call coverage is currently supported by a group of locum providers. The call expectation of this role will be on average 1:3 and is very manageable in the community. MyMichigan Medical Center Alpena invested in a brand new inpatient tower in that has a family focused maternity center. The outpatient clinic is on the hospital campus and is staffed with a dedicated supervisor and experienced clinical and clerical teams. This established team is very well respected in the area with a solid referral base from employed, partner, and independent primary care providers in the community.  Opportunity exists for part time work as well (12 days/month, week on - week off, two weeks on - two weeks off).
