Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside with our Cardiothoracic Surgery team at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital.

  • Full-time, nights
  • Shift coverage includes 7 working nights in 21 days, 6 PM-6 AM
  • The Advanced Practice Provider will independently manage cardiothoracic and vascular patients in the Surgical ICU

Qualifications

  • Cardiothoracic Surgery and Surgical ICU experience is strongly preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inpatient cardiac / ICU settings
  • Experience in bedside procedural skills such as central lines, chest tubes, and arterial lines highly preferred
  • Hard working, proactive, and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care

Licensure & Certification

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
