- Engage in Academic Medicine: Practice at a Level 1 Trauma Center with a full spectrum of cases, including general, minimally invasive, bariatric, orthopedic, thoracic, vascular, neurosurgical, ENT, hepatobiliary, urology, IVF, GYN, and obstetric anesthesia (5,000 deliveries/year).
- Specialized Transplant Focus: Work with one of the busiest abdominal transplant programs in the region.
- 70+ Liver Transplants and 40+ Kidney Transplants Annually.

- Non-OR Anesthesia Services: Cover vascular and neuro IR, heart/vascular interventional labs, and GI services.

- Supervise CRNAs and residents in our outstanding training program.
- Opportunities in education, medical simulation, quality improvement, and research.
- Conduct ~60,000 anesthetics annually across seven clinical sites.
Exceptional Compensation and Benefits
- Salaries: $447K-$520K based on experience and subspecialty training.
- Incentives:
- Sign-on and referral bonuses.
- Additional income with voluntary call.

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree, eligible for Massachusetts licensure.
- Board-certified/eligible in Anesthesiology with a Transplant Fellowship.
