Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Chief of Hospitalist Services at Bay Pines VA Healthcare System. As the Chief, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the delivery of inpatient medical care, ensuring the highest quality of care for our veteran patients. Highlights of this opportunity:

• Competitive starting salary $290,000-$320,000
• Work schedule: 80hrs per biweekly pay period ( mostly 8-hour shifts)
• Serves as Chief of Hospital Medicine for the Bay Pines VA Medical center providing leadership and supervision to assigned clinical staff
• Provides direct patient care in inpatient setting
• Research and teaching opportunities are available
