Physician - Medical Director

Genesis Medical Center is looking for a  Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join the inpatient behavioral health team.  Must be comfortable caring for ages 6 and up.

• Join a collaborative care team (Nurse Practitioners and loyal support staff) working Monday through Friday and every 4th weekend
 
• 28 adult beds, 8 adolescent beds (currently staffing 18 adult beds and 5 adolescent beds)
 
• Hospital/ER consults
 
• Hospitalist support for all medical needs
 
• Approximately 3-5 admissions per day
 
• Average length of stay is 4-5 days
 
• Shared call
