Sampson Regional Medical Center, an independent community hospital, seeks a B/C or B/E Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing, hospital-owned practice in Clinton, NC. This new practice is located directly across from the hospital, offering seamless access to inpatient and outpatient services.

• Schedule:

• Clinic: Monday & Wednesday, 8am-5pm
• OR: Tuesday & Thursday
• Fridays alternate between clinic (8am-12pm) and OR
• Clinic hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm; Friday, 8am-12pm

• Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation
  
  
• Patient Volume & Case Mix:

• 20-30 patients per clinic day
• General orthopedics with a strong focus on sports medicine
• Two full clinic days and two OR days weekly, plus one additional half day every other week

• Team & Support:

• Dedicated, specialized Orthopedic PA in clinic Monday-Friday
• Supported by 2 Medical Assistants, Radiology Technician, and in-house Diagnostic Scheduler
• 9 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, in-house diagnostic testing, and X-ray

• Facilities & Technology:

• Hospital-owned Outpatient Diagnostics Center with advanced imaging
• On-site Rehabilitation Center for comprehensive physical therapy
