Practice Information

  • We are seeking a urologist to replace a retiring physician and join a team of five surgeons. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in urology.
  • Employment is with the Intermountain Health Medical Group

Requirements

  • Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Urology
  • Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
  • U.S. ACGME Residency
