Physician - Psychiatry

• Excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to head the development of our Behavioral Health Service Line
• Provide guidance to the organization in the areas of strategic planning, strategy execution and implementation of behavioral health care management programs
• Offer broad leadership over clinical operations and quality of care for system-wide Behavioral Health
• Establish budgeted targets for the Departments programmatic growth
• Improve alignment and engagement of team across the organization

Candidate Requirements

• BC/BE in Psychiatry
• Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania and New York state license
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in hospital or health system of notable size and complexity
