Job Details*

• Call schedule to be determined
• Practice schedule is Mon-Th 7:30 AM to 5 PM
• Outpatient only
• Average of 15-18 patients in clinic daily 
• Minor procedures may include steroid injections 
• *Subject to change based upon need

Qualifications

• NP or PA license required
