- Provider Team Size: 5 Physicians & 4 APPs
- Hospital: Level 2 Trauma Center
- Call Requirements: None
APP Responsibilities
- Inpatient:
- Rounding, writing orders, vent management, sedation
- Intubation, line placement, thoracentesis
- Chest tube insertion and management
- Responds to floor calls for unstable patients and evaluates appropriateness for ICU transfer
- Outpatient:
- Hospital follow-up and acute care visits
- Patient assessment and education
- Care coordination and disease management
- Weekend Coverage: 1:4 rotation

Requirements
- Experience preferred in Pulmonology, Hospital Medicine, Cardiology, or Critical Care
- APPs:Board certified in specialty prior to employment
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)
