ThedaCare, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for our growing Urgent Care Team. This position allows for an opportunity to step into a progressive practice with a collaborative and quality driven team. This opportunity will primarily be remote with periodic, pre-scheduled time on site at our Neenah or Appleton Urgent Care clinic locations.
Position Details:
- Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
- 12-hour shifts scheduled 7a-7p Monday-Friday
- Weekend and holiday rotation (1:3 weekends of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- Provides care for patients of all ages through video and e-visit services
- Supports in-basket messages, results and patient calls
- Physician support available as needed
- At least 3 years of Family Medicine NP/PA experience and experience providing patient care via telehealth required
