Penn Highlands Healthcare is seeking several CRNAs to join us in expanding our growth and services in Dubois, Pennsylvania.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Flexible scheduling!
• 6, 24 hour shifts per month, with 7, 24 hour shifts one month.
• All call is in house, no additional call.
• Cases include Cardiac Surgery, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, OB, Trauma, GI (Hospital & ASC), Orthopedics, Pediatrics, etc.

  250k - 265k salary
  100k sign-on bonus
  25k Educational Loan Assistance
  $30 per hour shift differential for 7:00 pm - 7:00 am and weekends
  $1,400 per eight-hour shift that exceeds CRNAs FTE requirements
  $15,000 CRNA referral bonus for full-time employment. $7,500 paid upon CRNA starting and $7,500 paid upon CRNAs completion of a two years of full-time employment
  $100 daily travel stipend if CRNA travels to another PHH facility that is outside of the region that they typically work at
