Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hematologist/Oncologist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of oncology care within Avita Health System, providing expert care to patients with a variety of hematologic and oncologic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients with hematologic and oncologic disorders, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and support staff to deliver patient-centered care.
• Contribute to the growth and development of Avita Health System's new cancer center, including involvement in program planning and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Board certification or eligibility in Hematology or Oncology.
• Current Ohio medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical skills in the management of hematologic and oncologic diseases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
