Location: Abrazo West Campus, Goodyear, Arizona. (Just 20 minutes from Phoenix)
Position: Hospitalist
About Us: Join a thriving private Internal Medicine practice affiliated with Abrazo Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. We are looking for dedicated Hospitalists to join our dynamic team of Physician Partners in an academic hospital setting. If you're passionate about providing excellent patient care and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Practice Highlights:
- Team: 20 Physician Partners
- Schedule:
- 16 shifts per month
- 7 AM - 7 PM
- Call 1 in 5 days
- Rotating weekends with the group
- Separate Nocturnist covers evening shifts
- Teaching: Full or part-time optional teaching opportunities for Internal Medicine residents
- Facilities:
- Open ICU
- Level 1 Trauma Center
Compensation and Benefits Highlights:
- Salary: Starting at $260K, with an additional $25K for teaching
- Bonuses:
- Quality Bonus $10-20K Per year
- Exceptional productivity bonus
