Physician - Geriatric

The Department of Psychiatry and Psychology, within the Neurological Institute at the Cleveland Clinic, is currently recruiting a Board Certified/Eligible Outpatient Geriatric Psychiatrist as part of its significant outpatient growth initiative. This position will allow the individual to work collaboratively with many centers within the Neurological Institute, including Center for Brain Health and the Center for Neurological Restoration.

The Department of Psychiatry and Psychology is a growing department with a team of more than 160 behavioral health providers, including 60 psychiatrists, servicing the needs of North East Ohio with comprehensive outpatient, consultation liaison, intensive outpatient program, and inpatient psychiatry resources.  In addition, the Cleveland Clinic prides itself in a team of team approach to patient care, embracing interdisciplinary clinical work and outcomes. 

Research opportunities are available within the various centers of the Neurological Institute. These include NIH funded Alzheimers Disease Research Center and Dementia with Lewy Bodies Consortium, and both NIH and industry funded clinical trials.
