Excellent opportunity for a dynamic CRNA to join our highly trained surgical team providing Orthopedic, General Surgery, endoscopy and OB. 

• CRNA-only practice model
• Responsible for performing general, regional, and monitored anesthesia services including Ultrasound-guided blocks, and epidurals
• Experience required

Banner Health offers per diem CRNAs:

• Restricted coverage $150/hour (w/ 8-hour guarantee M-F) and Unrestricted coverage $50/hour.
• Matching 401K plan
• Paid Malpractice Insurance
