Competencies Required:

• Demonstrated clinical expertise and excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients from diverse backgrounds
• Physical capability for orthopedic surgical service and willingness to work flexible hours

Education and Experience:

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in Minnesota with national certification. OR experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Medium Duty physical activity required. Standing, lifting, pushing, and color vision are essential.
