What Your Practice Will Look Like

Youll practice in a collaborative community Emergency Department with dedicated APP coverage and access to critical care resources through UVA Health. The staffing model, 24/7 CCU support, and e-ICU connection to UVA provide additional resources for managing a diverse emergency patient population while maintaining the close-knit environment of a community hospital.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated base pay range: $200/hour to $270/hour
  • $100,000 equity ownership opportunity after 3 years (full-time)

Qualifications
