What Your Practice Will Look Like
Youll practice in a collaborative community Emergency Department with dedicated APP coverage and access to critical care resources through UVA Health. The staffing model, 24/7 CCU support, and e-ICU connection to UVA provide additional resources for managing a diverse emergency patient population while maintaining the close-knit environment of a community hospital.

UVA Health Culpeper Medical Center is a 70-bed community hospital serving Culpeper and the surrounding region. The hospital is fully accredited by The Joint Commission and has earned recognition for patient safety and specialty care. Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base pay range: $200/hour to $270/hour
- $100,000 equity ownership opportunity after 3 years (full-time)

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
