Minimum qualifications:

  • A medical license from the State of Idaho to practice medicine as a Physician Assistant under a Physicians supervision plus a medical certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Inc. (NCCPA) is required.
  • The medical license must be free of restriction and no litigation or disciplinary actions may be pending against the incumbent.
  • The incumbent must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, DEA and State of Idaho Controlled Substance Registration numbers.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • At least 3-5 years experience as a primary care provider is desirable.
