Physician - Radiology

Diversified Radiology of Colorado is expanding and invites a fellowship trained Breast Imaging Radiologist to join our sub-specialized practice. The Diversified Radiology breast imaging core radiologists provide sub-specialty reads during standard working hours and do not take call or perform weekend or overnight work.

The  Breast Imaging core currently provides diagnostic and procedural coverage at six centers in the Denver Metro area and Vail, CO. The core also reads additional screening volume from local outpatient imaging centers. This position would require staffing in the Denver metro area as well as occasional travel/overnight stay in Dillon/Vail.

• Schedule: Daytime Only, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Reading 2D and 3D/tomosynthesis screening and diagnostic mammograms.
• Interpreting breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and DEXA.
• Performing breast procedures, including biopsies (ultrasound, stereotactic, MRI) and preoperative localization with wires and implantable devices (e.g., SAVI scout).
• Automated Breast Ultrasound experience preferred but not required.

Workflow:

• PACS System: Diversified-owned, state-of-the-art system with 24/7 support, integrating seamlessly with partner PACS systems.
• Dictation Software: PowerScribe 360.
• Worklist Management: Clario Smart Worklist prioritizes cases for your assigned shift and launches InteleViewer when a case is selected.
• AI Integration: AIdoc for the automatic detection of intracranial hemorrhage, cervical spine fractures, and PE.
• Support: 24/7 IT support, radiology assistants, and credentialing assistance.

Compensation Package/Benefits:

• Salary: $450k for associates ($400k base + $50k sign-on bonus year 1 + $20k retention bonus year 2) with partnership opportunities offering $500k–$550k, depending on productivity.
• Moving Allowance: $15,000
• Partnership Track: 1 year for candidates with 2+ years of experience; 2 years for less-experienced candidates.
• Productivity Bonus: Available for associates and partners.
• Fellowship Stipend: $1,000 monthly stipend during fellowship for those signed with Diversified Radiology.
