This opportunity is ideal for a physician seeking a dynamic, fast-paced urgent care setting treating patients of all ages with conditions such as:
- Minor burns & injuries
- Sprains & strains
- Coughs, colds, & sore throats
- Allergic reactions (non-life-threatening)
- Rashes & other skin irritations
- Broken bones & more
Requirements:
- M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- Successful completion of residency at an accredited healthcare institution
- Current North Carolina Medical License (M.D./D.O.)
- Board certification in primary care or related field from an accredited residency program
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Family Medicine or Urgent Care
- Experience treating pediatric patients
- Current American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS certification
- Current DEA & Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration for prescription writing
