MercyOne Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join its well-established practice in Mount Ayr, Iowa. Known for its agricultural roots, Mount Ayr is a rural town that offers a welcoming community and a peaceful escape from city life.
Opportunity Highlights
- Join a team of 1 Physician and 4 APPs
- Volume: 18-24 patients/day
- Schedule: M-F (4x10 hour shifts)
- Clinic Responsibilities: outpatient clinic and nursing home rounding,
- Onsite lab, X-ray, and pharmacy

- 2-year income guarantee of $290,000
- $150,000 recruitment incentive
