Your Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-focused primary care for all ages.
- Perform minor procedures such as joint injections, biopsies, skin lesion removals, pap smears, and wound care.
- Offer telemedicine services as preferred.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring continuity of care.
- Maintain hospital credentialing at Mercy Health-Defiance Hospital.
Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a passion for community-based care.
- Board Certification required.
- Experience in primary care or urgent care preferred.
- Strong procedural skills including suturing, I&Ds, and minor orthopedic treatments are a plus.
