Description:
- Join an established anesthesia group with 4 other anesthesiologists and 19 CRNAs
- Work in consultation with hospital administration in establishing goals, objectives, and standards for program quality
- Participate in medical staff committees and provide appropriate representation on anesthesia department’s interests and needs
- Average of 4.5 hours week administrative medical directorship duties
- 30% solo cases, 70% supervision
- Home call every 6th weekday and every 6th weekend

Requirements:
- BC/BE in Anesthesiology
- Leadership experience preferred
