DMC Medical Group is seeking an additional invasive/interventional cardiologist with structural heart experience to join their group of  five Cardiologists (noninvasive and interventional); two Adult Cardiothoracic surgeons; and two Pediatric Cardiothoracic surgeons.  This group of well-trained and experienced physicians provide services to the Detroit Medical Center hospitals, located in Metro Detroit.  Services are provided at Harper Hospital; Detroit Receiving Hospital (level1 trauma center); Sinai Grace Hospital (level2 trauma center); Huron Valley-Sinai hospital; and The Children's Hospital.

We seek a physician that will be focused on invasive/interventional procedures with additional experience and skills in the structural heart.  The position is full-time with shared call.  Employment is provided by the DMC Medical Group - Tenet Physician Resources.   

The DMC flagship hospital is Harper University Hospital, with a strong affiliation with Wayne State University.  You will have an opportunity to engage with cardiology residents and fellow if you wish to have some teaching opportunities.   

Requirements:

  • Board certification
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience;
  • Active Michigan medical License (or willingness to obtain)
  • DEA
