About this role:
As a Physician in Bariatric Surgery, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you wholistically approach weight loss and craft a strategy for comprehensive patient care.
- This position includes a generous salary, annual incentive plan, $30,000 sign-on bonus and up to $20,000 in relocation assistance
- You will practice at the Avenues Surgical Center with hospital privileges at LDS Hospital, in Salt Lake City, UT
- This opportunity will offer the opportunity for a good work/life balance, and you will share in the General Surgery Call pool

What youll bring:
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
U.S. ACGME Residency training
Board Certified/ Board Eligible Surgeon and Fellowship trained in Bariatric Surgery
Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
