Practice Details

  • Practice Setting: Work alongside an experienced Nephrologist and a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider.
  • Growth Opportunity: Drive robust practice growth by strategically integrating nephrology and internal medicine patients.
  • Clinic Leadership: Lead our outpatient Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HDD) clinics.
  • Comprehensive Support: Full support from vascular surgery, behavioral health, dieticians, and trained dialysis nursing staff.
  • Service Expansion: Help expand our CKD walk-in clinic and potentially develop a new hypertension clinic.
  • Call Schedule: Hospital call primarily handled by a dedicated hospital group, allowing focus on outpatient care.
  • EHR System: We utilize Epic EHR.

 

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000-$450,000, depending upon your qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $400,000 - $00,000.
