Western Surgical Group, a premier private practice with a 29-year legacy of surgical innovation, is seeking an outstanding Colorectal Surgeon (Board Certified or Board Eligible) to join our dynamic, patient-centered team in beautiful, Reno, Nevada.

This position is a wonderful opportunity for a new or seasoned physician to drive their own career goals!

Please note: J1 Visa sponsorship (not H1-B) is available for this position.

Position Highlights:

• Practice in a new, state-of-the-art facility and upcoming surgery center (opening late 2025)
• Join a robust surgical practice with 18 surgeons and 6 dedicated APPs
• Provide comprehensive surgical services including diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the small bowel, colon, rectum and anus
• Shared call rotation  
• Partnership within 2 years (Board Certification required) with a bonus incentive plan
