Radiation Oncologist - UMass Memorial Health

The Department of Radiation Oncology at UMass Memorial Medical Group is actively recruiting a Radiation Oncologist (MD, DO, MD/PhD, or DO/PhD) for a part-time or full-time clinical academic appointment at UMass Chan Medical School, at the rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor, commensurate with experience and academic track record.

Position Highlights:

  • Provide clinical radiation oncology services at UMass Memorials University Campus
  • Participate in the academic mission through teaching, research, and collaboration
  • Engage in multidisciplinary care with a strong focus on clinical excellence

Qualifications:

  • MD, DO, MD/PhD, or DO/PhD
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited radiation oncology residency program and/or fellowship
  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical care
  • Eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Department Overview:

  • Radiation Oncology services provided across 6 hospital locations
  • Equipped with 7 Varian linear accelerators supported by ARIA/Eclipse systems
  • Facilities include HDR brachytherapy units and dedicated CT-simulation scanners
