Unique opportunity to lead healthcare for women on the coast! #WorkatVA in Virginia as the Section Chief, Womens Health.
Our Chesapeake VA clinic is located off South Military Highway, and falls under the parent Hampton VA Medical Center. It is a stand-alone facility open M-F 8-4:30.
A recruitment incentive and loan repayment are offered
In this role, youll:
- See an all-female panel of 725-800 patients aged 18 and up
- Work a reliable day schedule Monday-Friday 8-4:30
- Supervise other physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners (total staff between 6-12)
- Enjoy a robust base salary of $272,500 and federal benefit package that offers ample time off, and includes up to 12 weeks paid parental leave
- Enjoy Womens Health focused care management (no GYN)
Veterans Health offers fantastic federal benefits to include:
- 50-55 days of paid time off each year (26 days annual, 13 days sick, 11 paid federal holidays and 5 days CME absence)
- Work with 1 full, unrestricted license in any US state
- No physician employment contract required
- Free liability protection with tail coverage provided
- Loan repayment of up to 200K (must qualify) paid out over 5 years with no contract requirement to receive
